 +  * 8 eggs
 +  * 8 double jiggers of 100 proof Apple Brandy
 +  * 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 +  * 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
 +  * 2 double jiggers of 80 proof spiced rum
 +  * 1 cup whipping cream
 +===== Instructions =====
 +  - Separate egg yolks from whites. Place yolks in a bowl and add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while whisking furiously until thick ribbons form, adding a total of 8 tablespoons.
 +  - While whisking, add brandy, very slowly. Next, add the spiced rum in the same fashion. Cover and move to refridgerator. ​
 +  - Place egg whites into a new, clean bowl. Whip vigorously, and pour in remaining 4 tablespoons of sugar in a steady stream, until soft peaks form.
 +  - In a final third bowl, pour whipping cream and powdered sugar. Whip until you've got whipped cream. Now we assemble!
