 +  * 2 pounds chicken breasts
 +  * 4 cloves garlic
 +  * 1/4 cup soy sauce
 +  * 1/4 cup lime juice
 +  * 1/2" fresh ginger
 +  * 1 tablespoon fish sauce
 +  * 1 Thai bird's eye chili
 +  * 2 tablespoons olive oil

 +===== Instructions =====

 +  - If using wooden skewers, soak in a sinkfull of water while you prep your marinade. ​
 +  - Peel garlic, trim chili (deseed if desired). Add all satay ingredients,​ except chicken and [[Thai Peanut Sauce]], to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. ​
 +  - Slice chicken from top of breast to bottom (long-ways) into pieces about 1/4" thick. You want long, thin pieces.
 +  - In a glass container, pour marinade over chicken breasts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but as long as overnight. ​
 +  - When ready to cook, light your grill. Remove chicken pieces from marinade one by one, and skewer length-wise onto your kabobs. ​
 +  - Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until nicely charred and completely cooked through. ​
